“I started training at Fresh Fysique because I experience chronic lower back pain and needed more attention and targeted training than what you get in standard gym classes, so the semi-private sessions were perfect for me. Training with Anita was one of the best things I did for my back - she showed me I could safely start to lift weights again with minimal pain and got me back into training when I had stopped most forms of exercise due to fear of the pain, and for that, I can’t thank her enough. She has such a lovely supportive and caring nature and also kicks your butt in session when it’s needed haha! She puts so much thought into each persons tailored workout and provides consistent feedback and encouragement throughout each session. She also regularly checks in on her clients throughout the week - it’s so special to have someone supporting you that truly cares about your wellbeing and progress.
