Anita is an energetic & dedicated trainer with a depth of knowledge and experience in the fitness industry. After completing her Cert 3 & 4 in fitness, she has continued to expand her skills and knowledge in completing additional studies.

She is passionate about viewing health as a whole, focusing on all areas; mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. She genuinely loves helping others enhance their quality of life by educating them on the importance of movement, breath work & life practices to improve their daily life.

Anita believes in the transformative power of exercise for both physical and mental well-being. She tailors her approach to provide a guide to unlock your full potential, embrace the joy of movement that will in hand drive lasting results.

Outside the gym and outdoor fitness sessions, you’ll find Anita out in nature, hanging out with friends, exploring new hikes and embracing a healthy and active lifestyle.
